spacious room steam room malfunctioning air conditioning parking issue

The room was spacious! I also loved the sauna and steam room. Plenty of dining options were available. Room service was a great convenience.

The air conditioning was malfunctioning! The window couldn't open. The room temperature was unbearable. I prepaid for parking, but I still couldn't exit. I had to get help at reception. It was annoying.

missing boiler bad soap

The room was nothing special. i found the lack of a water boiler and coffee and tea in the room disappointing. the hand soap smelled quite bad. It was a noticeable downside.

unstocked minibar unclear signage

The room was clean and of a good size. It suited my needs.

i was disappointed to find that the minibar was not stocked (this was inconvenient). also, the lack of clear signage within the hotel made it difficult to navigate. i spent a considerable amount of time trying to find the fitness center (a clear map is needed).

service disappointments overshadow spacious room

the room felt quite spacious, which i did find to be beyond my initial expectations.

The service proved to be inadequate. The reception desk often seemed bothered by our requests, and i noticed inconsistent treatment among the staff. a standardized approach to guest relations seems absent, unacceptable for an hotel of this category.

clean room friendly staff public transport

The room was clean and well organised. The hotel staff IS friendly and always ready to help. The location is a bit far from the city center BUT public transport easily compensates for this flaw.
